2 x Senior Architectural Technologists (Revit)

Are you looking for an exciting new career move? My client are urgently seeking 2 x Revit Technologists (One Senior and One Intermediate). My client will be looking for the right candidates to have a minimum 5-10 years house-builder experience, possess a thorough knowledge of house construction and current Building Regulations as well as being fully proficient in AutoCad. Revit experience would be needed for the more senior role, and desirable but not essential for the other. My client are also happy to consider intermediate candidates, but must have extensive house-builder experience.

They are currently 32 in total, all working from their Sutton Coldfield office. They have all 3 floors of the building with all technical staff being based on the 1st and 2nd floors in an open plan environment.

Their office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. They don't operate a flextime facility, but they can offer a change in working hours to suit childcare needs (morning school run etc) or other work/life balance requirements. They have free secure parking at the rear of the offices (which is often a bonus to avoid parking charges) and are just a 5 minute walk from their local station.

The holiday entitlement is 25 days per year, rising with long service, ie an additional day after 3 years’ service, 2 days after 5, 3 after 7 and 5 after 10 years (so 30 days allowance after 10 years service).

Salary on offer is up to £42k PA, based on individual ability and experience.
