Architect

An opportunity for an Architect to join a design led architecture practice in the picturesque heart of the Cotswolds.

Are you looking to join a practice who operate at the very top end of the residential market - to have the chance to work with clients whose budgets will allow you to design without limitation? Or are you looking to relocate to the Cotswolds from London or elsewhere?

About them? They are a family-feel studio with an excellent reputation in the market both locally and further afield. The majority of their work is high-end private residential, projects often around £3m in construction value and they also deal with high-end retirement living schemes.

About you? You will be an Architect, ARB registered and with experience leading projects. You'll have an understanding of Revit, Autocad and the Adobe Creative suite, plus you'll enjoy sketching and working through design schemes on paper. You'll be comfortable with all RIBA stages and dealing with clients and queries from site.

What's on offer? You'll be rewarded with a salary dependant on prior experience, but likely up to £38,000, plus the chance to join a great studio set in an idyllic location and a great, friendly team.
