You will be working on a mix of Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use and Office schemes within this office (their HQ), and are one of the best firms to offer a clear career path for any new starter joining them.
Their Leicester office projects consist of Mixed Use/ Offices / Residential and Commercial schemes, and you will have the chance to work across all types at any one time as they like to give their team as much variety on schemes as possible to increase individual project familiarity on all the sectors that they work across.
They are a firm that understand it's people are it's best asset, and so the retaining talented individuals is paramount for them. This being said, they are able to offer more than your typical Architectural practice and you won't be starting with any probation (meaning immediate entitlement to all benefits) which includes:-
- No probation period - meaning immediate entitlement to all company benefits which include:-
- Pension scheme
- Performance Management System - chance to get a certain amount of pay internments in a particular year - based on good delivery of projects
- Paid professional memberships
- 24 days holiday (not including bank holidays)
Salary on offer will range between £25 - 30,000 PA - based on individual ability and experience
