Job Running Architectural Technician

Requirement for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist with project running experience!

mustard are collaborating with a young, contemporary architectural practice in the search for someone to join their 7-strong team in Birmingham..

Since their establishment, the practice has taken on residential, education and industrial projects. At present, their focus is on their ongoing residential development projects as well as a local school. In the pipeline are 3 industrial jobs and a care home.

You will be taking a more senior role in the practice, being responsible for large projects and also managing a small team.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you:

Have between 5 - 10 years experience in practice
Have job running experience
Are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Have project familiarity in the residential or commercial sector

This role is determined to be exempt from the off-payroll (IR35) rule.
The pay rate for this role is up to £25.00/hour Ltd.
Only 1 day a week in the office!
