MARKETING COORDINATOR (EMEA)
Charcoalblue is the world’s leading multi-national theatre, acoustic, and digital consultancy. We provide guidance and design for a broad range of buildings and events, including theatre, live performance, music, culture, education, workplaces, entertainment, and sport. We engage with all members of a project team – the clients, architects, engineers, cost consultant, and contractors – on how the design choices they make affect the functionality of the building.
We are looking to employ an experienced, driven and creative Marketing Coordinator, based in the UK working as part of our distributed team. This role will be responsible for driving our marketing and communications activity across the EMEA region supporting Theatre Consultancy, Acoustics and Charcoalblue Experience business units.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in being intrinsically involved in the design and delivery of our exciting construction projects within the performing arts, events or experiential spaces. You will report to the Group Marketing Manager, and support on a wide range of marketing and communications projects and will be required to use your own initiative and manage a diverse workload. This role requires demonstrable experience in a similar role, though training in the role and responsibilities will be provided.
An interest in the architecture and construction of live performance or events is desirable, along with proven experience in marketing, communications or a related relevant area of work. You should be able to demonstrate experience in using design software such as InDesign or Photoshop. You should have a high level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat and be well acquainted with all leading social media platforms.
As we work in a distributed model, the role may be undertaken from home with only occasional attendance in the studio and at project/client or site meetings as required.
