Part II Architectural Assistant

Are you a Kent based Part II interested in working for an AJ100 practice? If so then I might the ideal position for you!

I'm currently assisting a very well established and prestigious Architectural Practice on the search for a Part II Assistant. This is a permanent position with a salary bracket of £26-28,000 pa.

This is an all round position and you'll have a fantastic opportunity to work across all RIBA stages. There will be client facing aspects to this position and you'll be attending client visits from time to time. You'll need to have some technical experience and have a proven track record of producing technical drawings in the UK. Layout and spatial planning experience wouldn't go amiss. You should ideally have the ability to drive as there will be site meetings. On top of this you'll be producing 2D as well as 3D drawings. You'll be required to coordinate between teams within the office and as such a good level of communication is required, this communication may also come in handy for presentations which may also be a responsibility for this one.

The practice in questions have several offices across the country with projects spanning the globe. They specialise within the residential and conservation sectors so a background or an interest in these fields is a must. AutoCAD fluency is a must as is SketchUp and the Adobe Suite. Revit would be a bonus.
