A new partner is required to join an award-winning boutique practice in central London - an established name focusing on cultural projects in the UK. They are committed to creating exceptional buildings within the cultural sector, ranging in size and typology between refurbishment and new build often with historic settings.
The practice is currently undertaking succession planning and requires an architect who has ambitions to join and support the future vision and strategy. It is essential for the successful architect to run traditional contracts, those who have not, will not be considered. You must also have a track record of cultural built work in your portfolio. The role will be project-driven with a team which collaborates on ideas to get the best design for the client. Designs are interrogated until the team are happy the best outcome has been achieved. The design approach is thoughtful, sensitive and rigorous which they manage through all stages.
This is an exceptional role for an experienced associate, associate director or current director who is looking for partner role working at a different pace. The practice is looking for a collaborative leader; this role is less about individual personalities and more about the overall team and product.
