Project Architect - Site based

I am looking for an ambitious Senior/Project Architect who is keen to take a step up in their career. This multidisciplinary company can offer you the chance to work on a high profile manufacturing scheme near Newcastle.

To land this position you will need to have min 5+ years’ experience working in practice & demonstrate you can run schemes. Liaising with clients and consultants will be second nature to you, as will leading design workshops. You will have great Revit skills already and an appreciation of exemplary design. Specific previous project experience isn't a deal breaker, but if you have worked on large scale commercial, logistic or manufacturing projects that would be an added bonus.

Key Points:

Previous experience working on large scale schemes
Solid Revit skills
Site based – 5 days a week (no WFH)
Comfortable dealing with Client and Contractors
Technical experience in detailed design packages through to delivery of projects on site
Good problem solver and communicator
Good people management skills
Personable and confident
ARB registered

In return, the salary on offer is in the region of £35,000 - £48,000 per annum + 25 days holiday, Life Assurance and more.
