Technical Architect / Architectural Technologist

An opening within a prominent Devon-based architecture and design studio for a Technical Architect or an Architectural Technician/Technologist.

You will likely be either an Architect (ARB registered) or an Architectural Technician/Technologist with 3-5 years experience in practice as a guideline. You'll be comfortable working throughout RIBA stages 3-6 and have both a level of site experience and an in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and their application on large commercial projects. Ideally you'll understand BIM workflows and have experience using Revit as a platform.

The practice are a medium-sized firm with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, leisure, hospitality and attractions. They have a busy team who are currently set up to work both remotely or office-based a a few large projects just going into construction phases.

You'll be rewarded with a salary reflective of your previous experience and likely up to £40,000. In addition there are flexible hours and benefits plus a comprehensive CPD programme. Whilst there will be remote working to start with, you'll need to be able to get to the office longer term.
