Job Description

A multidisciplinary practice in the heart of Birmingham are urgently requiring an Architectural Technician to join their 16 strong team and must have prior experience and exposure to working within the Retail and Leisure sectors.

They have recently taken on a Midweight Technician and are looking for one more slightly more senior Technician. This person will initially offer support to the Midweight and in time take the reigns within their Architectural department, steadying them and easing the pressure of the managerial personnel.

The software they are also looking for you to be proficient in would be both AutoCAD and Revit.

They are a very commercially driven practice, focusing the majority of their large scale work within the hospitality sector and working across a variety of different pubs, restaurants, bars and Hotels within the local area of Birmingham as well as within the surrounding areas.

The salary on offer will be decided on the ability and experience of the individual and will be looking closely as to whether they will be capable of offering support to the recently appointed Technician, as well being an important Technical member of staff which plays a crucial role in their design and project completion.

Circa £35k would be their budgetary figure they'd be willing to pay for the right person and possesses the technical ability needed.
