This role will suit architects and designers who have a strategic approach, a strong understanding of commercial developments and masterplanning, a strong network and compelling ideas and narratives.
You will enrich and enhance a very talented senior team who are self starters and manage their own clients, projects and teams. Candidates who have a passion for making places, understanding people, culture and consumerism and a thirst for insight will be best suited. The work is based on the concept, strategy and thought behind the future of the built environment as it relates to commercialisation and the mapping of user journeys to develop insights, ‘future proofed’ commercial masterplans and public realm.

This specialist may be more than an architect - you must be able to develop new business and engage with clients through thought leadership.
