IMMEDIATE HIRE - PART II ASSISTANT - 3 TO 6 MONTHS - CIRCA £16 P/HOUR LTD/UMBRELLA - LONDON
Vectorworks focused role for a bright and skilled Part II to help this established company with domestic projects from planning through to completion.
With a steady project pipeline, the company want to bring in an energetic and reliable individual to help them deliver all schemes to the necessary quality. The work they specialise on is private residential work from extensions to refurbishments and occasional new builds.
It might not offer the complexity of larger scale schemes but there is still quality in mind to what they do and importantly, you'll be a key cog at all stages and gain great well-rounded exposure. You will be helping with planning drawings and then quickly seeing those transition through to the delivery stages where you'll remain hands on.
Key to your suitability will be true confidence hitting the ground running with Vectorworks, Photoshop and producing 3D modelling. You'll likely be Part II qualified but may be a Part I or a Technologist who has worked on planning stages too. Previous residential experience would be highly appealing, it's desired you're comfortable with UK building regulations.
On offer is a stable contract, initial 3 - 6 months but could very feasibly become longer term, with rates circa £18 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella or circa £16 p/hour PAYE.
This opening won't be around long to apply early to avoid disappointment.
I can be reached on 0203 800 1724 or send your details to email@example.com and we can schedule a call to suit.
This is a role that I know will appeal to many and I look forward to discussing your suitability.
