A global practice requires an architect at the turning point of their career to work on a 300-metre-tall tower in New York. This award-winning client redefines the meaning of architecture through innovative narratives composing the future reality of place. Their work is highly research-driven re-imagining ground-breaking design. With global offices this role will require travel to New York, although based in London.
The role is for an architect with a passion for high-rise buildings who has strong technical detailing and in-depth knowledge of construction stages. Comprehensive experience of complex buildings components which may have included basement, core, vertical transportation, floor plans and/or façade are essential.
Expertise building in New York would be ideal but those who have built in London or globally would be considered. Architects will have seen concept to completion, including liaising with consultants, clients, authorities, guaranteeing the design intent through delivery stages. Architects with a rigorous, robust nature will suit this role and those who have a passion for pioneering schemes changing the city skylines.
