Architectural Designer - Norfolk

Our client is a Building Contractor who is looking for an Architectural Designer to work on a variety of general build projects to co-ordinate design and troubleshooting as well as possessing a technical flair in Green Building Design.
Requirements:
To be considered for this Architectural Designer post you MUST:
-A Design and Build background in a Building Contractor Environment is preference.
-Have at least 4 years industry work experience.
-Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge.
-Achieved a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
-Ability to gather and relay information from sub-contractors.
-Work off drawings.
-Have a wealth of experience in sustainable / sustainability engineering solutions is essential.
-Be able to source faults / Troubleshooting.
-Have worked in one or more of the following sectors (Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, MOD).
-This main contractor does not operate within the Residential project market and hence will not consider any applicants with this background solely.
Remuneration:
The ideal Architectural Designer will receive:
-Up to £35,000
