The Assistant Project Manager will be required to assist the architectural, design and project management teams, initially assisting with drawings/interpreting drawings, through to helping set up sites, liaising with external consultants, and control Health and Safety procedures at a site level.
To be considered for this role, it is essential the Assistant Project Manager has a relevant construction or civil engineering degree, and has at least 3 years on site experience working for a main contractor. It is important the Assistant Project Manager can interpret drawings, draw up bill of quantities, and is confident in technical discussions with Project Management, external consultants etc. The Assistant Project Manager should see this as an excellent opportunity to further their career in project and/or construction management.
