Your main responsibilities will be to co-ordinate all aspects of the planning process for various sites, which includes the preparation of residential housing layouts from viability stage through to planning submission. You will be closely working with the Planning, Technical, Engineering Teams and other project team members, to ensure all necessary consents are obtained, compliance with planning approved documentation, most desired and economical decisions are made and implemented in the design. You will also be involved in Site Liaison.

We are looking for candidates, who will demonstrate experience of producing planning layouts from scratch and a comprehensive knowledge of the planning system. You will have experience of key planning meetings and exhibitions and possess strong technical and building construction knowledge, including NHBC legislation/ Building regulations, Health and Safety and CDM regulations alongside with knowledge of the Code for Sustainable Homes. To be successful in the role, applicants will need to show strong commercial awareness and creativity.

The remuneration will be circa £30,000 plus car or allowance, pension and health cover.
