Design Manager / Technical Manager required to work for large established Developer in SE London on a £220m residential project. The role will be site based managing the design alongside a full site team including management responsibilities.
Candidates will ideally be from an site based background and have experience on large residential projects for similar companies with an in depth knowledge of both structural packages such as RC Frame and metsec facade to high spec finishes on residential projects
They are also looking for a stable employment history with a good track record of projects and experience of running design teams.
