Project Manager – Housing Association Experience
Salary tbc based on experience. Guide range £38,000 - £42,000
Leading property and construction consultancy has a requirement for a project manager in the Kent area. Ideally you will be a building surveyor by trade although this is not essential.
You must be experienced in the housing association market and comfortable running your own projects; chairing meetings; running projects within a large commission; managing /monitoring the contractors and reporting to the Client etc. This is a very hands on role.
Location is Kent, namely Orpington and Sidcup as well as South East London.
