My client is a successful architectural practice with an impressive client base. Their work ranges from single one-off house designs to larger residential and commercial developments. Due to increased work load they are looking to add an experienced concept and planning design chartered architect to their team.
The role
The successful candidate will work on concept designs and planning application on a variety of residential projects. This will include feasability studies, concept design, site analysis, detailed design and planning applications.
Experience and Quals
You will a chartered architect living within 45 minutes of Ascot. You will have experience of working on a variety of residential projects with a consultancy or developer.
