An opportunity has emerged for an exceptional person to join an international architecture and design studio in central London. The key part of this exciting role is for one to understand and engage in the personal development of all individuals in the studio – nurture and retain talent. Main duties of this role will be to create and implement enlightened human resource policies in relation to recruitment, probationary periods, remuneration, appraisals, benefits and training and development. A core understanding of personal development and education is key to carrying out this role successfully. You should have an interest in architecture and design and be well versed in employment law and related matters.
