We are working with a traditional and respected architectural consultancy that specialises in historical and conservation projects. Their expertise and portfolio consists of buildings of cultural and historical significance, with an appreciation of their location and the sensitivity of their use.
They are looking to recruit a project manager to join their design team. Ideally you will have either an architectural design background, or a skill-set stemming from building surveying. In either case what is crucial is proven experience and a keen in interest in working with historical buildings.
As the project manager you will be working with the architectural project director, identifying the time-line and constraints of the project, with responsibilities in managing external consultants and contractors, along with overall responsibility of report writing. You will be an effective communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
As a long-established firm, respected in their area, this is an opportunity to join a team passionate in their expertise, and to build a career with them.
