Leading global property consultancy has a requirement for an experience Associate Director to form an integral part of their market leading Risk and Cost Management team based in London.

The role requires a combination of high quality delivery, client account management, business development, team management and business administration and reporting skills. The proportion of these will vary depending on the individual however a wide ranging, technical, personable and dynamic skill set is a pre-requisite.

The intention is for the successful individual to join the team as a key resource to lead the team in the delivery of a wide range of high level projects, acting on behalf of Banks, Funders, Investors and also providing development advisory and risk management advice. Current projects are confidential but are high value (£100m plus).

The role is also to assist the Director in the management of the team, budget planning, business development, pipeline management and financial performance.

There is the opportunity for the right individual in the short to medium term to step up to Director and lead the team. This role will suit a hungry Associate Director looking to make a fairly rapid move to Director based on ability.

You must be MRICS (Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management) with an accredited Degree and at least 8 – 10 years relevant experience.

Experience of related service streams such as enhanced monitoring on behalf of Investors and Funds beneficial.
