Leading property consultancy has an excellent long-term opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic chartered surveyor (most likely building surveyor or general practice), to work closely with their existing condition survey management team, based in Hampshire.

You will work with the existing Associate in helping to manage their stock condition survey fieldwork teams (hence countrywide travel and regular staying away can be expected). You will also work closely with the existing Partner helping to analyse survey results, to draft reports, present findings to client and with the development of new business.

Duties will include:

• Undertaking condition surveys
• The management of teams of surveyors on site and the validation of their work
• Providing leadership and training to team members
• The collation of data (to be sent to the existing Data Analysis Team)
• Dealing with issues that cannot be resolved directly by the surveyors
• Quality control and resolution of client questions
• The collection and processing of energy data (RdSAP - hence DEA qualification desirable, or to be obtained shortly after appointment)
• The collection and review of fire risk data (hence qualification as fire risk assessor desirable, or to be obtained shortly after appointment)
• Use of MS Access and Excel as well as hand-held technology
• Analytical report writing
• Presenting results and reports
• Business development
