A leading Australian Architecture practice with international offices is actively looking to appoint a Work Practices Leader to implement and drive change across key projects. This newly created role will be overseeing the efficiency of deliverables and be responsible for streamlining the overall running of the business and success of outcomes globally.    You will be results oriented and have proven success in implementing similar change strategies across project deliverables for an industry leader within the Architecture/Engineering sector.  You will be responsible for making strategic change across the bid, design and delivery phases which incorporates all facets of Design Technology, Safety in Design, Virtual Teaming & Model Making.    You will be also responsible for aligning global work place strategies to ensure unity and the business as a whole is striving to achieve consistent outcomes.   You will establish KPI’s and facilitate audits/reviews throughout the business.    To be considered for this role you must possess the following personal attributes: - Excellent communication skills - The ability to organise and prioritise & deliver work autonomously - The ability to lead, manage,  mentor and motivate people across all regions - Objective decision making skills - A strong practitioner background with working knowledge of project delivery at senior level - Flexibility and mobility   And the following skills and experience desirable;   - Facilitation of meetings - Ability to lead a team - Implementation of focused initiatives - Understanding of construction techniques - Understanding of pre-construction services - Understanding project workflows (schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases, building construction sequencing) & project management - Understanding different needs of the delivery team (client, architects, engineers, estimators, and contractors) and helping the team to meet deliverables and deadlines - An awareness of new technologies and potential time savers.  This is an outstanding long term career opportunity to join a leading and well respected company with strong values and company ethos.
