SSA are recruiting on behalf of a leading in London based Developer who has undertaking many of the capitals most prestigious residential / mixed developments

The company is a major player in the London / UK property development market and has a reputation which is second to none within the industry.

Projects include many high profile Central London landmark schemes and the company is now planning to strengthen the existing team by making the following appointment to deliver one of their major projects.

Project Co-Ordinator /

Based on a major project £200m + you will have responsibility to manage the interface between all third parties to the scheme

The role is based on one of the companies prestigious new developments in Central London

The role requires an experienced Construction Professional, ideally with an Engineering or Construction Management background to take on the role of Site / Project Coordinator.

The role has a broad scope which involves the co-ordination and management of 3rd party interfaces to this major scheme.

The ideal person would be a strong communicator with a solid technical background, excellent communication and presentation skills and capable of being involved in areas such as…

  • Local Authority Interface
  • Temporary Services Applications
  • Environmental Agency Interface
  • Liaison with 3rd Party stakeholders
  • Section 61 Notices
  • Hoarding Licences
  • Traffic Management  / Co-ordination
  • Highways Agency Interface
  • Logistics Co-ordination

The role may suit an Engineer who has worked who has worked in a D&B / PFI environment on large projects or somebody who has worked with either a Developer or Consultancy in a similar role.
