We are recruiting for a well established dynamic and innovative company
based in the South Staffordshire. There focus is on the design and refurbishment of hotels and restaurants throughout the UK and Europe.

They are seeking an interior designer with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience to meet with clients and take a comprehensive design brief understanding all commercial constraints, propose a creative design scheme using various drawing packages, mood boards, and samples that addresses the client's brief and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Visit sites across the UK, survey, produce scaled drawings, 2D and 3D visuals, compile supporting cost plans, project management of the FF+E installation (Furniture, Fittings and Equipment).

Social skills:
Able to work well within a team based environment.
Confident with both clients and suppliers.

Produce schedules, specification data sheets, cost plans
Input design-related data on to the company accounting system.
Assist with general project related administrative duties as may be required from time to time.

Skill Requirements
Qualified BA Hons Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
Creative individual.
Minimum 2 year's on the job design experience within a design practice.
Commercially astute and numerate.
Multi tasking, self motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Have good practical organisation skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
IT literate able to use all Microsoft Office packages, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, 3D Max.

Working mostly from office, but willing to travel to sites when required
