Managing a project team to deliver construction projects on Local Authority/Private owned properties as directed. Brief, appoint and manage consultants for project work as necessary. Responsibilities will include: Recruitment, Training, Deployment, Appraisal of staff, Site surveys, project management & producing tender documents.
Previous experience requirements: Must have held a senior construction related management role previously. Planning & Implementation of building construction programs. Budgetary control, procurement & project management knowledge. Leadership and presentation skills.
