This is an exciting time for a Chartered Engineer to join this enterprising, creative and friendly design studio in their new London office.

The Practice

They have a diverse portfolio of projects and have built an excellent reputation for their expertise in solid timber conservation and low carbon engineering.

The practice operates on a design studio basis we aim to be a fun and rewarding place to work, with a strong team ethic, of mutual respect, sharing knowledge and developing design skills whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

To help the sustainable growth of our London office and be instrumental in delivering the high quality engineering for which the practice are renowned.

Person Specification

Chartered engineer with the IStructE or ICE.

Commercial awareness and business skills.

Knowledge of Eurocodes essential.
A team player with the skills and ability to manage others.
An effective communicator written and verbal.
Design flair and capability to propose solutions to clients.
Good organisational skills to co-ordinate design and construction information.
Awareness of and interest in environmental design issues.
Highly literate in relevant IT packages including MS Office, structural analysis software and knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and document management systems.

Salary up to 48k dependent on experience plus benefits
