We are seeking a GRADUATE TOWN PLANNER with 12 months or more experience to join our client in their central London office.
You will be Degree qualified and currently working towards RTPI with another firm.
Our client is a multi disciplinary firm of consultants offering a range of services along with a thriving town planning service working closely with clients in the private and public sectors.
You will be a Graduate Town Planner with a relevant Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Planning & Development or similar relevant degree at 2:1 level or first.and it is essential that you are currently working towards becoming MRTPI or RICS (Planning & Development) qualified and you must have 12 months or more experience in Town Planning.
You will assist with all aspects of town planning consultancy for many major clients on a nationwide basis.
Our client works on a good range of services including:- Audits, Community Infrastructure Levy, Conservations area and listed building issues, development plan monitoring and representations, director professional access instruction of barristers, enforcement, environmental statements, expert evidence / expert witness, master planning and site layout, planning agreements and planning obligations, planning applications and planning appeals, regeneration, residential and employment land availability / study, retail and leisure capacity and impact assessments, sequential location reports, site search and feasibility studies.
Support will be given towards chartered status.
You will join a team currently of around 20 people.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
You will need excellent communication skills and good written and spoken English and be able to work on a number of projects at a time.

Salary in the range of £26000 to £35000 negotiable plus pension, car and other benefits.
