National Architecture practice with an office in Manchester City Centre is looking for an Arch Tech.
Your new company
This 18 strong architecture office in the Northern Quarter works on commercial office, hotel and leisure, and retail projects for major clients across the UK. They have a full order book, and take pride in delivering their work using Revit software. They are looking to appoint here an Architectural Technician to deliver projects.
Your new role
You will be working in one of the studio's project teams and will be taking responsibility for the delivery of schemes up to £5M in value from early project stages through to completion. You will be producing planning application drawing work, tender information, and assisting with all construction documentation. You will be expected to communicate with clients and contractors, and will be able to visit site to check up on progress and address any issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an MCIAT candidate and it is essential that you have used Revit professionally to deliver projects. A driving licence is required, and you will need to be able to evidence your technical drawing ability at interview with your folio.
