Up to £28,000 (depending on your level of experience)

If you an experienced Architectural Technician based locally to Exeter, having already gained extensive AutoCad experience within practice, we have an excellent new opportunity within a small but established RIBA Chartered Architectural practice.

You will be joining a small, expanding team, where you will get hands on experience of running projects both in the office and on site, so a driving licence is beneficial.

You will be working on a variety of residential, ecclesiastical and mixed-use architectural projects throughout the South West and throughout the UK.

Good technical knowledge and site experience are essential alongside a full UK driving licence.

Essential skills for this Architectural Technician position:

  • HND/ CIAT Accredited Degree/ or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of UK Planning Policy Law and UK Building Regulations
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • The ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and construction detailing
  • Personal motivation and discipline to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Clear, concise and effective written and verbal communicate skills essential in working with internal teams and external clients and consultants.
