BID AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Our Client are a respected international practice renowned for their expertise,
quality and unique Offering in architecture, master planning and heritage
consultancy are looking for an exceptional, passionate, and talented individual to join their Cambridge studio to provide both bid and general office support to the Cambridge and wider team.

The Role

To provide effective and strategic bid and office administrative support that underpins the collective ambition of the practice and demonstrate brand values in architectural excellence

Knowledge and experience required

  • Previous experience in a similar role
     
  • Advanced experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
     
  • Excellent InDesign skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
     
  • Ability to organise, plan, multi-task and meet deadlines
     
  • Confident and polite reception skills (including but not
    limited to call handling and visitor greeting)
     
  • Clear written and verbal communications
     
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business
    context and architectural priorities/processes
  • Support the bid writing process by producing high quality,
    written proposals that clearly articulate the organisations’
    value proposition
     
  • Identifying relevant opportunities within target market
    sectors
