An architectural studio are looking for a talented marketing coordinator with excellent written communication skills, a keen eye for graphic design and outstanding presentation ability.They need to understand their design ethos and can work closely with the team to help present themselves in the best light and build the brand and business. This is a standalone role so you need to be proactive, highly organised and flexible in your approach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a detailed understanding of their portfolio of current and past projects
  • Producing impactful marketing material
  • Identifying award opportunities and preparing submissions
  • Generating content for the website, social media channels and newsletters
  • Identifying new business opportunities (competitions/OJEUs) and preparing bid submissions
  • Copy-writing, proof reading and editing texts for CVs, bids, brochures and award submissions
  • Managing the development and use of templates in the office and policing the brand guidelines
  • Liaising with the PR consultant
  • Taking an active role in internal communications
  • Coordinating events: exhibitions, corporate hospitality, seminars etc
  • Updating and maintaining the project information database
  • Managing the image library and arrange photography of projects
  • Maintaining the marketing material and press cutting library
  • Assisting with reception and administration tasks as and when required

Desired skills and attributes:

  • Previous communications experience within the architectural or similar industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional with a positive problem-solving attitude
  • Advanced InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding and experience of the OJEU procurement processes
  • Passionate about the architectural industry
