Want to work somewhere you get 25 days' holiday, birthday off, flexi-time, work from home, laptop and phone?
Your new company
Currently at around the 35 staff strong in the new Manchester studio; this rising star of the North West Architecture scene has been in the press for their passion for design, care to their clients and professionalism of their service. With strong growth forecasts and the pipeline of work to go with it, this is an exciting time to join the practice, to develop with them and eventually run your own design team. They are particularly busy in their education, healthcare and student residential sectors.
Your new role
More than a technician role; you will be responsible for the running of your own projects from day one. Leading schemes and teams from their initial stages and/or their technical delivery stages all the way through to their on-site completion, with the Revit model development and coordination part of your job too. Project management skills will come in handy, and you'll be liaising with client and contractor on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven management ability, project running experience and Revit skills on either education (all sectors), healthcare and/or student residential projects. You'll need to be personable, ambitious and an excellent communicator, with the technical skill and UK construction knowledge needed to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
What you'll get in return
This practice is in a strong period of growth and security, with a great reputation for quality work and a work hard play hard attitude. They have clear progression routes and pay competitive salaries, 25 days' holiday, your birthday off, work from home and flexible working.
