The Air France JFK Terminal was easy to navigate and well-structured. The atmosphere of JFK's Terminal 1 was sleek and global. My big luggage was assisted by the helpful and amiable check-in staff. I liked that there was good information everywhere, and security moved along at a respectable clip. Before boarding, there were lots of places to sit and some excellent food selections. The boarding procedure was expertly handled, and the gate staff kept us informed. All things considered, the encounter was favorable for JFK and Air France.
