An urgent opportunity has become available for an experience Architectural Technician or Technologist to work for a well-established Kent based practice. This is quite an urgent opportunity so in an ideal world you should be available to interview and start a new position within the next month. You'll need at least 3 years UK experience and be comfortable with UK building regulations. You'll be heavily involved with RIBA stages 4-5 so it is vital than you can illustrate a proven track record of producing technical drawing packages and things of the like. Fluency with ArchiCAD would be ideal as the company in question use this as their main software. You may still be considered if you're willing to cross-train with this so don't let it deter you if you're very a beginner with this.

You'll be getting involved with a variety of projects within the residential and education sector and you will need to have previous experience in at least one of these areas, ideally both. The company in question are seeing a number of staff at present at varying levels so it's a great opportunity to start with a buoyant and expanding practice.
