This role will be focused on UK projects between 150,000 and 1 million square feet.
This role will be with the pre-construction team working closely with the development and project manager. It is essential you have development experience and understand how to maximise square footage of floor plates. You must have a strong business acumen, diplomacy and a proactive approach. They work in a lean team with a collaborative vision to build a quality product for the end user, tenant or landlord.
They have a flat hierarchy and value applicants who are strong decision makers, have a resourceful and solution-ready attitude. This would suit an architect with a track record of increasing square footage and adding value. Ideally you will already be in a client-side role with a track record of base builds; interior fit-out experience is a bonus.
