Mid-weight to Senior AutoCaD Technician (Urgent Contract)

A contract opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a very well-respected practice based in Birmingham.

This practice have been established for 40 years, with commitments to provide vision, expertise and professionalism, delivering innovative solutions technically and commercially. For this role, you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your job running ability, taking projects from conception to completion, producing technical drawings, whilst liaising with clients and construction workers. You will be given the chance to work on a range of sectors; Commercial, Retail, Healthcare and Education ΓÇô a nice variety making each day different. If you were looking to relocate out of the hussle and bussle of a busy city and join a very reputable Architect practice, this could be a great situation to start fresh. They offer innovative solutions whilst delivering on projects both Technically and Commercially. They have a very credible name in the area and often source new and exciting projects through repeat business with long standing clients they've worked with over the years. They are looking for you to have 5-10 years experience working within a practice environment. They would be looking for you to have a strong proficiency in AutocAD as this is the software they specialise in at present. The projects they cover include Healthcare and Residential projects primarily but have also worked on churches, Medical Centres, Schools and Hospitals.

Length of the contract: 3 months (to be extended)

Hourly rate: £25 per hour
