A very exciting opportunity has just been given to me from a leading Architect practice that have offices in London, Leicester and soon to open the doors of a new office in the heart of Birmingham.
The director is looking to be fully resourced for this new Birmingham office, which should be open by the end of October. This position is fairly open and flexible around the candidate and which office would suit them better to work from (either Leicester or Birmingham) and the dynamics of the Birmingham office will be 4 Architectural staff, 2 QS and then will also have an Admin person.
With a maximum capacity of 16 here, their is room for them to grow and so if you felt that you had the relevant experience, this could be an amazing fresh start for you to join a very reputable firm that is widely acknowledged in the Midlands and London for their Architectural work, have been awarded for various projects across the UK and they are also recognised on the AJ100.
They are looking for a Senior Architect who can confidently run multiple jobs, lead small teams and efficiently project manage a team from early to late stages. They would be looking for you to also possess a good level of Technical ability as well as Architect capabilities and within their practices they use a mix of ArchiCAD and Revit.
A minimum of 10 - 15 years in a practice environment, working within an Architect capacity is required for all applicants.
An attractive salary of £42 - £48,000k PA (dependent on experience) is on offer for the right individual.
