About them? They are a leading national multidisciplinary design practice incorporating architecture, surveying, engineering, BIM and FM services to name a few. They operate collaboratively across a network of UK offices and work across a number of major sectors including education, commercial, MoJ and more. They are also delivering key urban realm projects with a high level of public design interest.
About you? You'll be an Architect, ARB registered and you'll be confident working in all RIBA work stages. Given the seniority of the role, you'll be comfortable running jobs, running DTMs and dealing directly with clients and contractors. You'll also be coordinating small teams and happy to mentor and support more junior team members in doing so. You'll consider yourself a competent Revit user, and have experience working with clients in the public sector.
What's on offer? A basic salary in line with your experience, to circa £45,000. A full list of benefits, including private healthcare and life assurance and a generous holiday allowance of 26 days to start. The practice invest in their people, with clear progression routes all the way to Director, plus they employ an in house L&D advisor to ensure that CPD remains a high priority. They operate a core hours policy and have a policy in place to allow working from home permanently depending on the role.
